Can anybody explain how to emulate this game? I've looked around for a while and haven't found anything about it because of the way flash worked.

I was wondering the same thing since I got into Rotate and Roll speedrunning right before the death of Flash Player. There were a ton of recent level records by Zambrini, and I found out that BlueMaxima's Flashpoint can emulate almost any flash game you can think of, including RnR.

I recommend downloading Infinity since it's a browser that let's you install the games you want. Hope this helps :)

Hey everyone. I uploaded a Flash Player emulator and the .swf file for Rotate and Roll in resources. Unzip the folder, and open up flash player. Then drag the .swf file onto the emulator and the game should start right up.
