I was looking to do a 100% run because I've lost control of my sanity, but I have some questions about the rules.

1. Is there any mandatory version? Normally I wouldn't ask this, but since 100% requires all achievements and more get added every update, I don't know if this requires latest version, or if it even requires DLC.

2. What about the break? Does it have a maximum duration? If not, is it necessary to stream the whole break? Thinking about just using that as a sleep break cause there is no way I finish it in less than 24h lol

1. You are free to choose the patch you play on, I believe the record is done on 1.0 with the fewest required unlocks. We may end up adding a subcategory that includes DLC if a 100% run with it is completed but so far there's been little interest unsurprisingly.

2. I don't believe we ever established a maximum break duration, but it is meant to be a sleep break, so feel free to take as long as you need, just don't take a week between parts of the run. You don't need to stream or record the break time, just make sure to show off the entire log at the end of the first segment and beginning of the second one.
