Possible way to get Turtle Tops' Purple Tower Icecream without jumping

Here is a way to get lined up with the platform stopping us from getting the Purple Tower Icecream in Turtle Tops. It will require many frame perfect inputs, but I believe it's possible. Here is a video showing how close I got:
