The current #1 run for skips post patch is faked
i have been carefully looking at it because the load times seemed very fishy and have came to the conclusion that it may be segmented. Also on certain levels the in game timer actually speeds up a bit to like 1.1sec's per 1 second. the in game timer is key and when he transfers to levels it like either instantly changes instead of it actually being a full second
