i'm pretty sure it's extreme high round because 1. it's harder then normal endless 2. it takes SO MUCH TIME to get a good round number 3. no one wants to run it (for good reason)
it's not the hardest to run because

hardest to actually complete a run in: winter quest or area 51 personnel
area 51 personnel is piss easy it's just "hard" because of long setup
anyways its gotta be either area 51 personnel or ACMG how do they manage to get such low times on ACMG
