The rules for every category and subcategory have been cleaned up to look nicer, and to be more specific on what counts as a glitch. The biggest addition to the rules is the banning of FPS unlockers, and from now on every PC run claiming to be a world record must show FPS during the run. This can be done by pressing Shift and F5 at the same time.
