How does the door high ping work (door takes longer to load)

From what I can guess, it's to do with the physical Roblox servers and your distance from them. Runners from Europe are a bit unluckier, as most servers reside in the US.

It can be really janky tho, because sometimes doors will take a solid 5 seconds to load, but on other days it takes no time. I think it really depends on ping and your internet.

I try do some runs for a speedrun and yeah i saw that in some run the rooms load like is nothing and in other take from 4 to 7 seconds, i lost 30 second in one attempt just for room loading

The fact that I could have saved over 20-30 seconds alone from door ping is annoying :(

it also depends on the room the game is loading, like when you enter 49 it almost always takes a little longer
