always make Shure you're moving in a straight line to the door you wane go to. 
chap a count on the number of doors just incase for any dupes.
if you're going for world record you have to know stuff that makes a run dead that way you whonte have to waste time on that run some of these are : getting tricked buy dupe 
falling threw the floor getting sent to a puzzle room even the shorter one getting too many hallways  ect . make Shure you know that doors is moustly  luck getting a low amount of monsters , hallways and no puzzle rooms . at the start glitch out the elevator 
buy spam jumping and running towards it   get the first key then open the elevator . if you really wane be efficient count the hallways in the world record and if you get more more than that or get more monsters you can start a new run
