Wondering if there is a autosplitter for NG+ Professional Co-oP

There is! To enable this, right click on LiveSplit, go into Edit Splits, and set "Resident Evil 5 (Steam) as the game name; this should bring up something that mentions autosplitting/load removal being available, and from there, all that's left is to activate it. Make sure your categories are set correctly, otherwise you might have unintentional splitting.
