Yeah if you have a problem getting something down just come back another time to learn it. Took me forever to get Del Lago down and I still mess it up sometimes.

If you keep hitting the guy to the right with the rocket, it's because you did not position yourself correctly before throwing the grenade. Firstly, you need to be entering the binocular cut scene and skip it, this is faster because you will actually be further forward after the cut scene. What we do is after skipping the binoculars cut scene, move very slightly to the left. This will position you to where the rocket will fly somewhere between the guy you are hitting and the wooden pole in the center of the village. As long as it is not beyond that pole, it should work.

Watch the village in this run, if you look closely you will see Leon move slightly to the left like I described.

If you are ever having a hard time pulling off a strat, never assume it's because you simply aren't quite getting it, in many instances it may be just because there is something to it you don't realize that you are not doing.
