There has been some interest by some in the community to organize a seeded tournament for NG+. Obviously the best way to do this and have enough participants is to do a NG+ HD tournament (all HD versions except Steam 60FPS)

Some of you may not like the idea of a tournament, or may not want to participate, but for those who do, I created a bracket. If we get enough participants, we'll go from there in attempts to make it happen.
I'll post the link below for sign-up. There's no set date yet, obviously, but the bracket will be there if we all decide to hold said tournament. If it works out well, we can try to schedule more in the future.
