Hi everyone, I'd like to join the community and probably submit a run myself in the near future. Some things I am still uncertain about so let me just ask certain question that may be useful for other new runners as well.

I've read the rules for a RE4 run on this site and it states "Special costume 2 is prohibited." but I'm sure people use it for NG+ runs. Is it only prohibited for NG runs?

When submitting a run how do I clarify if it is segmented or SS? Just write it in the description box?

Do I submit the ingame time shown at the end or do I need to use a real timer? Is there a time difference between the two?

What site do people usually upload their pictures of the in game timer and the type-writer save file? Do I put the links to theese pictures in the description box?

When using a video capture software for video evidence can I use the video to determine the real time?

when filming console runs, Is a bad camera filming the TV enough for video evidence?

Steam version NG+ Pro 30FPS. At least for now since right now Im playing on a laptop which can't handle 60FPS. I also might want to do Xbox 360 NG+ Pro. I still have an old safe file on it since i used to do some runs for fun a few years ago. I never filmed or submitted anything though.
