The movement of the characters in the game is significantly slower. Not just gameplay, but movies as well.

The delay can be temporarily eliminated by overwriting the EXE or changing to the shortcut setting introduced in Trubleshooting https://appleofeden.de-doc.com/index.php/re2cr-troubleshooting/. However, as the play time increases, it becomes slower again.
