Hi i am useing the PC Sourcenext version of the game and was wondering if there was a HD mod or sumthing because mine looks blocky compered to some videos and streams i have seen.

Hey man. You can always try the seamless HD version. It's basically the dolphin emulator with some HD packs added in it. All you have to do after that is simply download the GCN iso. Trust me, they have done an awesome job with the HD upscale.
