Updated Glitchless category because honestly it was vague and bad. Both runs are legal under the new rules :3

Just letting everyone know between me and Spec we made decisions with the board.
All categories are now split between Playstation and Xbox because of its varying differences.
Emulator is now going to be allowed and share a board with console. Emulator runs will also be split between Playstati
