I know many players casually will use the wheel to bind individual weapons like up is kinetic, down is energy, and m3 is power. Would this be ok binds to speedrun or is it beat just to avoid using mouse wheel all together?

You're allowed to use it only for Weapon Swapping.

So noticed in the rules that it no longer mentions anything to do with mouse wheel binds, does this mean bhopping with mouse wheel jump is allowed now or is this weapon swapping rules still in place? Just thought I'd ask and bring back up incase any new runner was curious.

Binding Jump to scrollwheel is allowed, I for example have uncharged melee and jump bound
