I noticed the Optional Quest for level 8 Kushala has two separate names "The Winds of Wrath Bites Deep" and "Master of the Gale" in different game versions but in here it is listed separately despite being the same. unless they have datamined info, I'm not gonna buy some unproven "they're the same" :3 esp. not on a usermade wiki.

I know the game is still early but are there a datamine for MHW that could be usefull for speedruns?

Most wiki pages are not correctly updated or very far from current. If there is another version of said quest with a different name only then when it's submitted will there be a reason to look into it.
