Just a few questions as a new runner of Resident Evil 7:
How long have you been running this game to get to where you are now?
How long did it take to learn ie. The out-of-bounds glitch or other tech/tricks?
Just wondering 😄
I've been running for about 6 years now I think. Learning the OOB when Ross first made it viable was tricky and definitely took me like a month or 2 of solid practice before I started to feel like I could get consistent at it.
I didn't really feel like I got good until like 2-3 years of running the game but that's because I myself am a slow learner, haha.
CaptainEzekiel can i have your discord? this is for talk with you^^
Been running this game about about 3 years now. I remember learning the OOB was one of the last things I've learned when doing the run. I was probably about a solid 2-3 months running the game (my first ever speedrun) before implementing it. It didn't take me too long to get it down, maybe 2 hours or so of straight attempts. But it is probably one of my most practice tricks in the run outside of Wall Skip. There's also a difference between "learning" and "mastering" because mastering such a trick, especially with the new route, takes a lot of time and execution in runs, that I probably wasn't consistent with it until months, if not a year down the line, where as now I can get it pretty seamlessly
