I am a moron, and submitted a ticket with a bunch of incorrect data, and when debating whether to send another one, realized the first one may limit my chances. Can anyone tell me how to discontinue, or better yet, delete the ticket? Ticket was to submit a game.
TIckets used to be able to be withdraw, but this doesn't exist anymore.
I don't think submitting another ticket would hurt your chances, as long as you don't spam tickets. You could explain that you had incorrect information in your last ticket (whilst saying its id or link), and to read this one instead.
And on your old ticket, if you're able to, add a message under the ticket saying to read the new one with a link or id to the new ticket.
It also depends on how incorrect this information is. If it's a game request or something, then this info can be edited later.
For game submission tickets, I've received reasonably quick responses every time I've submitted them.
On the other hand, I have a bunch of feedback/suggestion support tickets as "pending" from 3 months ago, without any feedback or acknowledgement. Not really sure if the amount had something to do with that (the first one was sitting solitary for a month, so I'm inclined to think not). Something you might want to keep in mind for the future.

@Quicksnow, bug reports and feedback doesn't get looked at my Meta. I think it's because this sort of stuff isn't being implemented or looked at by the devs.
My longest pending support ticket is for 1 year since the 3rd of Jan 2024.
So it's definitely not due to the spam. But tbf, I have submitted a lot of these tickets too.
Thanks, I got a response, it was denied. But they sent be a form to fill in, so maybe they just needed extra info or smth

@GreenyBeany, I assume you submitted a Roblox game?
If you read the rejection message, then you'll see that site staff don't handle Roblox game requests. Basically, if a game fits into a series, then the moderators of the series handle the game requests.
That's why they rejected it with a link as it's Roblox's game request link.
The form link can also be found from the Roblox Series page https://www.speedrun.com/series/roblox
