Does Adrenaline on a modded PS Vita count as emulator?
The PS Vita had an official PSP mode but Adrenaline lets you run a custom PSP firmware which lets me play Parappa on my Vita. Would this count as emulator?
I'm not a mod but i know it's a bit late, although it is a similar console and still by Playstation, i think it would count as an emulator, as some sort of Virtual Console
