When the categories are first setup, you will need a full video of the level. After a month I assume that only the last 30 seconds will be required but we'll just have to see when we reach that 1 month mark.
Do we need to screen record the switch or can we record the tv with our phones?
JB, you can use your phone to record runs. If the rules are like splat 2, for untied WRs, you would need a full recording, for a tied wr, you just need the last 20 seconds of gameplay (switch capture right when you finish) and for every other run, a screenshot of the final time is enough.

To answer the original question here, we're still in the process of deciding. Once the embargo is lifted 10 days after the release of the game, the requirements will be listed on the individual level leaderboards.
