hmm... do you mean speedrunning custom levels or just having them here on speedrun.com?

That would be weird, Michael already have that for the custom levels. And it's the original game anyways so it would make no sense if there is a category for custom levels

also most custom levels aren't fun or really hard to speedrun

I agree with kanuburgetz and swskei Michael already has a page for that and some custom level's are just unfair and not fun to play.
