The main trick used in a spooky run is using sticky keys. pretty much you alt tab to any windows process to speed up the game, this allows for unlimited stamina and skipping fake door loads

by enabling controller support it will allow you to sticky keys without dying. (more can be read here https://www.speedrun.com/sjsm/thread/z7rc0 )
