Do you have a MacOS or anything?
^ thats what i recommended under more precautions if people do this, I would like to hear why not seen as xe replied "no" to the recommendation
the reason I said "no" is because chances are, during a waiting section, someone can go and enable it and then disable it later on in order to bypass the system without getting caught.
i suggested something for that "during pauses in player movement, restrict the mouse from leaving the [roblox window] screen and IF IT DOES leave the screen, require fps to be shown during the alotted time period" could also have it so that the roblox cursor has to always appear and not near any edge where it can leave but requiring fps to be shown during waiting is probably the best
That's like saying "You are allowed to show your timer at only certain points in the run, as long as you prove that it hasn't been spliced by having spinner cycles."
I think as long as the mouse stays on screen the entire time showing your fps at the end should be fine, however, If the mouse does leave the screen, then that will not be sufficient proof
i wouldnt mind showing my fps the entire time except for the fact that it blocks like 1/4 of my screen
but why its so much harder to speedrun while a giant fps counter is blocking screen

Bruh it’s not even giant it’s tiny
Now that Roblox has added the option to change your FPS cap in the settings, speedrunning up to 240 FPS is now Allowed. Yippee !
To Be Clear: Memory writing below 60 FPS for things like lag clips is still not allowed cause that takes external software
