The RTA timing should be changed to RTA - Loads. Faster PC = faster times. I personally don't have fast loading times, they can vary from a little under a second to 2 seconds. Unless there is a specific reason for this way of timing runs, it needs to be changed.
The real question is if we have enough human resources to be able to afford the extra time required to time without loads. If you mean just changed the name of the column though, I don't think we can do that.
Tbh, there aren't enough resources for every run to be retimed, but we could start by just retiming runs in the top 10 or 20 in each main category. And slowly time the rest. Or just retime the set seed categories since loading times are more valuable due to the short time of the run. Basically what I'm saying is just to gradually retime everything.
