I'm new to this and I'm not sure or how to submit. Are phone recordings valid for this game? And if so, how would I submit one?

you cab submit right to the leaderboards and phone recordings are completely fine. Just make sure to have audio and the entire screen showing :) hope this helps

you can submit runs with a phone recording but make sure the clear time at the end of levels is legible if you're doing IL runs. since the level is over you can pick up your phone and bring it up to show the final time clearly if your camera quality is too low.
