Earliest snapshot for the game URL is 2016, so I'd go with that. It matters because this is currently listed as the oldest game on the site.. e.g. if you search for oldest game to try to speedrun some classics you come across this.

My mistake, it's February 1st 2010. This is the oldest snapshot on the wayback machine anyway and the actual original publisher is gamegirly (yes really, that's a thing apparently)
