Hello! The rules state that all runs must be done on Scratch, however various WR runs such as full game any% play on TurboWarp.
I believe TurboWarp makes more sense to play on, as the game runs smoother and allows for better recordings. There is possibility of cheating with setting FPS to lower settings, so perhaps it could be a video requirement to show your TurboWarp settings.
The rules never mention Interpolation either, which makes the game look smoother at the cost of minor graphical glitches. I have yet to find any time/gameplay differences between Interpolation on/off, but would like clarification as to if it's allowed.
Perhaps you could chose "TurboWarp" or "Scratch" when submitting your run, similar to how other games choose between Hardware and Emulated
yeah you can use turbowarp as long as you don't slow the game down. But we almost always can tell if a run is cheated. At least for the full game runs.
Due to a recent cheating situation, I feel that top runs should have more proof.
