Hopefully helpful details I've noticed from playing the demo

Main office power: The fuse for the main power lasts just about 60 in-game minutes, when you start your run and have replaced the main office fuse, the lights flicker at around 0:50

Flashlight: The flashlight has around 7 uses from full charge. I could've sworn it was 8 but when looking at a past speedrun it was always used 7 times before depleting.

Searching for fuses: There will always be up to 2 fuses in drawers and cupboards. When you pick up a fuse, a new one spawns a short time later, regardless if you're holding one or not. So you can have up to 3 unused fuses (one in your hand, 2 in drawers/cupboards)

Freddy: Freddy seems to take about 20 in-game minutes to spawn, at least in the first few hours. He can appear on both sides in all cameras (which you probably know already if you want to speedrun the game)

Foxy: Foxy will always be immediately visible in the starting position of the camera, you never need to move your mouse to spot him. If you only need/want to check for Foxy, quickly switch between cameras using A/D

There's probably more that I'm forgetting, feel free to share gameplay details you've noticed!

Something else I found out: The difficulty of the night is dependant on the amount of fuses replaced, and not time. Only Freddy will be there until you replace the first fuse.

Another time save is skipping the animation for the main power fuse replacement:

It's currently unknown what causes the glitch making it difficult to recreate it but it's a mix of spam clicking and replacing the fuse immediately when given the option. Sometimes this will bypass the animation, allowing you can instantly back out of the breaker. If I find out how to consistently recreate it, I'll update you!

Something inportant I saw in the death% run is that when the runner was replacing the flashlight fuse, it also replaced the main fuse, so you'd need 1 fuse for the two of them, not sure if it's a bug (it most likely is) but for now that would be the best option

One pretty helpful thing is Chica, i timed it out on how long it takes her to kill you, and from what ive seen, its 1:24 seconds.

I've managed to consistently skip the fuse animation, it's done by stepping away from the fuse box before clicking the fuse you want to replace. The window to do these inputs is quite large so it's easy to consistently do, I make use of it in my 11:20 run

One thing to make the power going out a little more consistent is that it goes out at 57 in game minutes and freddy spawns closer to the 15 in game minute mark than the 20 one. I think the clock also pauses if you catch freddy since I hail-maryed a flash at 54 minutes and was able to still replace the fuse in time

Also for new game if you time your dialogue skip at the right time so it doesn't show up after the first path you get a scenario where you get the end dialogue right away to skip into the blue screen

Also another thing is that you have to change the main at the 56 of every clock rotation since the clock is what's used to time the main power (other than after foxy)

LucineSR I don't quite get what you mean by this, could you elaborate or show a recording or something? Thanks!

Basically if you time your click when the text shows up you only need to press path once skipping 2 path clicks
