I have tried to get WR in some IL's but I'm almost always 0.02 seconds off. Is it something to do with the emulator I'm using or is it just that I'm not as good. Also I did get 0.01 seconds off of the WR for Level 6 if that means anything. If you know the answer please tell me also the emulator I'm using is nox player 6.6.1.3.

Emulators are usually exactly as fast as their mobile versions, but lags etc influence your gaming expirience way more when using an emulator.

also we've theorized that lag might affect igt a little bit, saving about 1-2 frames, but nothing was actually confirmed on that

No, it's actually been confirmed - laggs do change the in-game time for the better! But that's not enough to beat records just by tuning down your CPU and it's hell to play
