Why? Its a different console. Ios isnt the same as android

Turns out my knowledge on mobile devices is non-existent. After review, Android has been added, and the rules have been amended to clarify how it is to be timed (same as iOS, as the milliseconds bug present in numerous versions was fixed in these), which includes adding up the milliseconds at the end of each level.
