As speedrun.com lacks any kind of basic individual community announcements, I am posting yet another thread reporting that after the poll was run, Time Attack use will be allowed in all categories going forwards.

Timing now begins on selecting either difficulty or Time Attack, depending on which you use to begin play - starting timing **AFTER** performing an item quit still remains NG+ exclusive.

This does not affect NIQ categories.
