It's not exactly resource intensive, it's probably gonna be fine if you can run games from the last 10 years on your computer.
Game was designed to run on PC's from 2003 I highly doubt you won't meet the requirements the main thing for streaming would be a decent internet connection.
Computer hardware is irrelevant as long as you can record/stream your gameplay since there's a load remover so all times won't account for older hardware being slower.
Just don't have a PC that's horrific at multi-threaded work loads, like my laptop really struggles to run the game, OBS, livesplit and the load remover simultaneously
