Im 95% sure that a rescource pack that gives you a button that can quick craft things on mobile would fall under "rescource packs that give you some sort of advantage" but if someone that knows better than me can tell me if it's illegal or not I would be very greatfull. :)
Although I agree with you, I believe using keymappers to quick craft is allowed. I don't think a resource pack is allowed though.
Neither are allowed. Keymappers are only really allowed to map things like the volume buttons to third-person view and whatnot
