I'm new to speedrunnning and was looking to try and get into Playing SW TCS. I noticed RetroArch is banned for full game runs which is fair if it affects load times. But can it not be used on single level runs?

For rule consistency across both full game and IL runs, RetroArch should stay banned in my opinion. There are plenty of other options of ways to play this game, so I hope you enjoy learning it.

In general, RetroArch is not a good option for emulating DS games, load times disregarded.
