If i Beat my PB/WR by some seconds (example:first i do a 3:20 and then a 3:08!) i don't think milliseconds are needed unless if somebody on the leaderboard got the same time i got,then i have to use them but i don't use them so often!
same it is if i got the same time but with different milliseconds (for example i got both times a 3:00 run but with less milliseconds!)
