I play multiplayer a lot and have some weapon skins installed so will that disqualify my run?

yes, as it is an illegal modification to the game

there's a whitelist of modifications allowed most of which are found in Zweek's speedrun Menu Mod (SRMM) but unfortunately no, we can't allow runs with weapon skins. you're obviously free to do them but if you want to submit they'd have to be removed unfortunately
