ok does anyone have a tip for me how i can avoid a copyright claiment by nintendo because i am speedrunning a game of them?My first speedrun, the smw one already has 14 claims...and that is 4 days old...
Claims don't matter that much, the only thing that happens is that you can't get money out of it.
Strikes would be something else but I never heard Nintendo giving strikes to some videos so youre safe uploading their games.
Claims don't matter. Unless you're hoping to pay rent off of pb videos. In which case, good luck!
I am not interested in money...even if i could upload any other normal video so no big deal as it seems.it just annoys me that nintendo means to claim it 14 times.-.
Nintendo doesn't claim it manually, it's a bot. There probably were 14 different soundtracks that the bot claimed.
my longest "speedrun" have 31 claim and the video is 1 hour 47 min, i usually get 2-3 claim for a normal speedrun
I've never had a claim from uploading game footage, but I do usually get claims from the music I put on top of the footage lol. I don't monetize my gaming videos so it's not an issue. (I do monetize my music channel since I own all the copyrights, I've made about $5 in 4 years....)
Keep it up and at that pace Dr. Dave you'll make your first Benji Franklin by the time there's a Playstation 23 ;) lol
