i think if he is not at fullscreen check him programs from windows table.if not, if he got mic he can record mouse sound too.

Either we can here the clicking of the mouse through audio or can see them click physically to verify the run to be reliable. With a hand cam it is fairly easy to see if someone is actually clicking or not.
