I have been using my phone to record all of my runs but now that is not allowed. What is the easiest way to screen record on a computer that is not very good?

Is it windows or not. If its windows you can use the xbox game bar to record that tab and im pretty sure its less bad for cpu than obs. (If the computer isnt that good then OBS studio and playing a game at the same time will not work out well.)

You could just use a google recorder

I personally use OBS. If your computer can handle running OBS, then it can record for as long as you want.
