There are no skips in glitchless. In fact, if you love speedrunning the game so much then why are you so against using glitches?

Here’s a tutorial for the first level. (Not made by me) For other skips, you just gotta mess around and try and replicate what other runners do. You will get the skips down once you practice them enough. You can also ask other runners if you need help with anything.
