Will the console regulations approve a record using the PS5 high frame rate mode?

There are already 2 runs approved with the high framerate mode. So I think it is allowed. On pc both 60 and 120 fps is used for the same categories. I think there is only a few seconds of advantage because of time bleed for the cut scenes. It was agreed there wasn't enough of a difference to have separate categories for fps. The same should apply to consoles.
