The radio tower run did not change.... why would the boards be reset?

There was a change in the reset update that changed how unstucking works. You get the unstuck button by idling in the water (or on an island) for 30 seconds. This was used a lot throughout the course of the full game runs which is why the boards were reset. The condition for them to reset is if there is a change that is so significant that you can't reproduce a run which was done in the previous update in the new one. You can still look at the old categories to see what I'm talking about.

P.S.: If you try to unstuck now it will send you back to the Raft which is what was changed

Just to clarify, I/Ls were untouched due to the fact that unstucking while on an island will still send you to the unstuck point.
