In Whistleblower, after Waylon jumps from the window to escape Eddie, an animation should start, right? What If It doesn't? I will need to restart the run?
Seeing it's a game bug, you need to reset. If it happens all the time, reinstall the game.
In Normal, it still doesn't trigger it at the moment I fall (takes at least 10 seconds to trigger), but in Nightmare (or maybe Insane) it does trigger .-.
So my run will be in Insane, just because i'm crazy :v
Oh, and as I will do in Insane, can I use the Outlast Speedrun Helper to be in the same start position of everyone?

No you cannot use the speedrun helper. Seems like the fps drops are skipping the trigger, lower your game settings and try a lower resolution, see if you can get your fps to atleast 30+ constantly.
