Roblox game requests are handled by the Roblox Series, rather than site staff through support tickets.
So fill out the Google form on the series, and join their Discord to see if it gets accepted or rejected.
I want the google Minecraft game category, for getting a netherite pick for example. I have a pretty good run, tho i recorded it on a chromebook and without a mouse, so it wasn't the best.

If that game is already on the site, then look through its categories to find it. If it's not there, request the category by messaging in its forum or Discord.
If you want to request a new game for the site, then read the forum post I sent above. You'd need to request it with the Minecraft Custom Content Series.
