Is the Invincibility and Inf AMMO allowed, since you get all 28 gold bolts?

Hey all, I am casually playing through this right now and I just found a pretty large skip I believe on Batalia, has anyone else found this? I am making a video of it, it basically skips all the bridge parts from the beginning of the level to the objective of using the turrets to take down the battleships.

it there a fresh new game catagory with no skips or oob?
