The full game will probably take around 10 minutes. Most of the GDQ runs are at least 20 or 30.

We could make it a tutorial run like they did with Strider at agdq, which could bump it up to about 15-20 minutes

Thats a good idea. But I'm not sure how the tech crew is going to react to having to set up a flash web game.
