Now that emulators have become more stable and any% runs being possible, I think it's a good time to add them. Or maybe make a separate category for emulators

Separated subcategories for category runs is a work in progress at the moment, I'm a little busy these days but hopefully I should have it set up along with proper rules this week.

ILs are a different story, as creating subcategory for them would make the leaderboard look extremly awful, and there is little to no research about emu from experienced IL runners to consider them fair to use against actual consoles, so those will stay on hold for now.
