Some people ask me about a Battletoads guide and I noticed that there is no latest guide here. So I've added the 2019 expert guide by jay_cee. I hope jay_cee doesn't mind :)

Thank you again for posting this, Ukionik! It's really helpful. And a HUGE thanks to jay_cee for making these tuts. He's super good at explaining stuff. Definitely makes the project a lot of fun.

Looks like Jay_cee's 2019 guides were a victim of the Twitch data limit. Does anyone want to try and bug him about re-hosting? They are really great guides and I'd hate to see them fall off the map.

Is there anything unique to dash jumping on an upward slope? I'm thinking of the two in Arctic caverns after the second barrier. I cannot get them to work at all. Is the window maybe tighter between the two directional presses? It really feels like I'm missing something with those...
