I have been trying to change the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th icons for the game Azangara but when I try to change the icons to the new icons and save, the icons always revert back to the previous versions. I have even tried deleting the old icons from speedrun.com and my PC, but even then, when I try to input the new icons, it still reverts back to the old ones. I'm unsure why this happens and would like some help, thanks.

I checked the audit log of Azangara and it seems like the upload went through. You should probably try and CTRL+F5 to clear your browser's cache to see if the icons appear then on your end.
